DC Plus, I spoke to Tracey on the 'phone just now [25th February] regarding an incident of this afternoon, much recorded on camera - Tracey suggested I send in my corroborating images (attached). 1) I consider this issue to be an extension of ASB 19914 which has been rumbling, on and off, for years; please note that the tenant of 157 High Street (DY9 8LT) was threatening of my life, indulged assault and swore in the most vulgar manner (all including a threat to set his nephew on my person) before he was taken away by armed Police twelve months ago - but his nephew has installed himself in flat 157, with the same dog! 2) Regarding the barking, I suspect that 157's dog was barking when I was in conversation with somebody in the close (Connops Way) very recently and now almost every sound in my apartment is at first interpreted as a possible barking dog - the onset of madness, thanks to my neighbours (one in particular).  3) Regarding the fouling, there's been a fantastic increase in fouling in recent months, much of it possibly having 157's dog as the source - some has been retained for analysis, but the Council is not interested in a scientific approach; the Council also remains largely in denial regarding the fouling, but the mess is, at least figuratively, all over - prior to this, my most recent report concerned the communal lawn in front of 1-6 Connops Way, which I was trying to litterpick t'other day, without 'putting my foot in it', with great difficulty - particularly disgusting, yes, but, mess was also found elsewhere in the close. Today, I happened to notice, after my pleasant garlic and mushroom toasted 'high tea', 157's dog being toileted, at 1625, 'under my kitchen window' (itself disgusting whether or not any faeces is retrieved) - the 'nephew' walked on, returning down the close, two minutes later but spotting myself and my camera; he said he was about to enter his flat to find a means of disposal - he returned with tissues, not even a bag! This character, it would appear, has little real interest in cleaning-up after 'is revolting pet. With Sophie Kendrick, another doggie, trying to 'drop me in the mire' at every opportunity, when I'm clearly one of the few guys keen to 'protect his community', what chance is there of moving this critical issue forward? DAustin, 162 High Street, Lye Village, Stourbridge. Addendum, the next morning: ASB report 26th Feb 25 - reference 10751184 157 High Street - related to ASB 19914 We've now had five years of this issue! Of course, the dog at 157 causes multiple problems, but this report to ASB (related to ASB 19914) focuses on the barking - this morning, 26th Feb 25, I was attending to a post, or bollard, on High Street before it was rolled down the hill - on my knees, when that dog emerged, with the alleged 'nephew' and started barking - at 4am! An intermittent fan from the supermarket may have been whirring in the background, but this barking was the only noise on High Street; indeed it rather detracted from the delightful blackbirds! And has anybody noticed the stained concrete slabs where this dog is toileted, below my own apartment, which exit/entrance, I might use myself? Can anybody see to this dog?
